Our center holds a significant historical connection as part of the Mikuni-kaido road, an ancient route linking Edo and Echigo.

Nestled within the heart of Japan's fourth largest National Park, our surroundings boast an abundance of stunning mountains, serene onsens, picturesque lakes, lush forests, and rich cultural heritage. As part of the Joshinetsu Kogen National Park, Naeba proudly hosts the Gunma Ridge Trail, a 100km-long ridgeline trail—the longest of its kind in Japan.

Start your day off right with a gentle yoga flow to set the tone. Whether you prefer an easier hike up Mt. Mikuni or the challenge of Mt.
